Privacy Policy
Ger LLC ("we," "us") makes apps for Apple platforms and runs this website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It covers ger.llc and our apps, including i2v.us, Finger Bakery, realest8.club, Simyager, Younger, Ajanda, and Gauger. If an app has its own privacy policy, that policy also applies to that app.
The short version
- We collect as little as we can. Many of our apps work entirely on your device.
- We don't sell your personal information.
- Each app's App Store listing shows its "App Privacy" details, which describe the data it collects.
This website
ger.llc doesn't use cookies, advertising trackers, or sign-ups. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, and may give us aggregate, anonymous traffic statistics. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message, and we use it only to reply.
Information our apps may collect
- Content you create, such as notes, game progress, or prompts. Where possible this stays on your device or in your own iCloud account, which we can't access.
- Usage and diagnostics, such as crash reports and anonymous feature usage, used to fix bugs and improve the apps. This data is not linked to your identity.
- Purchases. Apple processes all payments. We receive confirmation of a purchase, but never your payment details.
- Account information, only for apps that offer an account, such as an email address or a Sign in with Apple identifier.
- AI features. Some apps, like i2v.us and realest8.club, send the text or preferences you enter to AI service providers to generate results. We send only what's needed for your request.
- Advertising. Apps that show ads use third-party ad networks, which may use device identifiers only if you allow tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Otherwise ads are non-personalized.
We never access your photo library, location, contacts, or health data unless an app clearly needs it for a feature and you grant permission. You can change permissions at any time in iOS Settings. Younger, for example, reads your photo library on-device to display it and doesn't upload your photos.
How we use information
To provide and improve our apps, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We don't use your information for purposes unrelated to the app you're using.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run our apps (for example, cloud hosting, analytics, AI processing, and ad networks), and only as needed for them to perform their service; when required by law; or as part of a business transfer, such as a merger. We don't sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Children
Some of our games are rated 4+. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and we use reasonable technical measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the EU, UK, and U.S. states such as California, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving our apps, and your consent where required. To make a request, email [email protected]. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
International users
We're based in the United States, and information may be processed there or wherever our service providers operate.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date above, and for significant changes we'll provide notice in the app or on this site.
